Aloha,
I am the co-founder of an 8 woman chorus called Harmony On
Tap (HOT). We do barbershop, jazz, folk, pop and a bit of
classic rock. We perform benefit concerts for social service
agencies and worthy causes for our community on the Big
Island of Hawaii. We love to sing and we got HOT - i - tude!
We are looking for costumes in hot pink, purple, or blue,
with some sparkle. We range in sizes from small to xl.
I am seeking lime green panel dresses! I
need 4, but could use more. The specific style is Rivar's
1018PAN, lime chiffon fabric, with sequin pattern clear iris
swirl. The specific sequin pattern is discontinued at Rivars.
HOWEVER, I am more than willing to use anything that is
remotely close! I am willing to take extra stock off of your
hands, and pay shipping of course.
We are looking for used outfits for the
dance scene in West Side Story. We are a Pre –K through 8
performing arts school located on the east side of Detroit.
Our middle school students are doing a modified version of
“West Side Story” and we desperately need dresses for the
dance scene for the ladies. We are working with a very
limited budget and could use some help.
Metro Arts and Education Group, the Sunrisers,
a non-profit is looking for used costumes for a production of
Les Mis.

* * * Show Choir Dresses Needed * * *
I represent a group of disadvantaged kids whose families
cannot afford to purchase show choir costumes. They have a
wonderful director and performed at their first and only
competition this year. They did not have sparkly dresses
like their peers from other middle schools, but their voices
were terrific and their smiles lit up the stage. Next year,
they hope to compete in five competitions. Though our funds
our limited, we are seeking to purchase a set of used show
choir dresses and have them altered to fit these girls. We
are willing to consider any color/style of dress.
